We appreciate that as an employer, you need a fast, secure and easy way to make payments and access your super information - and when it's convenient for you. That is why we offer you a number of different contribution and payment options.

New legislation by the Government means that from 1 July 2014, employers with 20 or more employees are required to make super payments through a complying online system.

The good news is, HOSTPLUS has a quick and easy to use solution for employers who meet our eligibility criteria.

Introducing QuickSuper - our secure online clearing house service, provided to simplify managing your super.

What is QuickSuper?

QuickSuper is a secure online payment service that allows you to pay multiple contributions at once. It will be compliant with the Australian Tax Office's (ATO) new Data and Payment standard for electronic contributions, when the requirement kicks in from 1 July 2014, so you won’t have to do a thing.

Who is eligible to use QuickSuper?

Any HOSTPLUS participating employer who offers HOSTPLUS as their default super fund to their employers is eligible for the QuickSuper system. If you meet the eligibility criteria this service is available free of charge.

If you don’t think you are, then ask us about switching to HOSTPLUS today.

What’s the benefit?

QuickSuper saves you time and money, because it cuts down on your administration time. Now you only need to make one payment to meet your superannuation obligations.

What do I have to do now?

If you are a Registered HOSTPLUS Employer who offers HOSTPLUS as a default fund you are eligible to use this service. If you would like to get started today, just click on the registration link below.

With SuperSite you can submit your contribution advice online, view your payment history, submit payment advices for different departments within your business, update, edit employee details and submit Tax File Numbers. You can even complete your payment advice progressively over several days, adding new information as you wish. 

SuperSite is best suited to employers with LESS than 30 employees, who choose not to upload a payroll file.
