Once you submit your employees' contribution details you need to submit your contribution payment. Simply choose a compatible payment method that's easiest for you.
BPAY®
If your company's financial institution offers BPAY® you can use their phone or internet banking facilities to make a payment directly from your bank account to HOSTPLUS Executive. This method is suitable if you use Super FileManager or the contribution advice. To get started contact your bank.
Direct Debit
Direct debit automatically triggers the appropriate monthly deduction from your nominated account on receipt of your completed contribution advice. Please note that credit cards cannot be used. This method is suitable if you use Sper FileManager. To get started complete and return a direct debit authority.
POSTbillpay®
POSTbillpay payments can be made over the counter at around 4,500 Post Offices throughout Australia. This method is suitable if you use Super FileManager or the contribution advice. To get started call 13 18 16 or visit www.postbillpay.com.au.
Cheque
Cheques must be accompanied by the relevant contribution advice. If you are using Super FileManager or the HOSTPLUS Executive Excel spreadsheet, the payment period and your employer number must be included with your cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'HOSTPLUS Executive' and send to:

Cash
If you prefer to make cash payments in person, HOSTPLUS Executive has offices in each state. This method is suitable if you use Super FileManager or the HOSTPLUS Executive Excel spreadsheet.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
EFT is when you transfer money from your bank, credit union or building society account to the HOSTPLUS Executive bank account. You can arrange this directly with your bank, which will advise us that a payment has been made. This method is suitable if you use SuperFileManager, the HOSTPLUS Executive Excel spreadsheet, SuperSite or the contribution advice.
